Panic! on the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band headquartered out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is constructed from Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his youth friend, Spencer Smiths (drums), in conjunction with their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
